Ingredients
- 2–3 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 lb ground grass-fed beef or bison
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt + pepper
- ½ cup shredded raw cheddar
- 1 avocado
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime
Instructions
- Roast whole sweet potatoes at 425°F for ~35–40 min until soft.
- Cook ground beef with olive oil + spices.
- Smash sweet potatoes on a sheet pan (press flat with bottom of glass).
