Ingredients

  • 1 sourdough English muffin (toasted)
  • ¼–⅓ cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 small tin sardines (in olive oil), drained slightly and mashed with a fork
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley and/or dill
