Creamy Roasted Red Pepper and Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip

A high-protein, clean eating dip made with real, whole food ingredients. Blended until smooth and creamy, it’s a healthy appetizer or snack that’s perfect for veggies, crackers or sandwiches while supporting a high-protein, whole food lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend everything until completely smooth and whipped (about 1–2 minutes).
  2. Spread into a shallow bowl.
  3. Chill 30 minutes if you want it thicker.
  4. Serve with clean tortilla chips, crackers or fresh veggies
