Creamy Roasted Red Pepper and Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip
A high-protein, clean eating dip made with real, whole food ingredients. Blended until smooth and creamy, it’s a healthy appetizer or snack that’s perfect for veggies, crackers or sandwiches while supporting a high-protein, whole food lifestyle.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Squeeze of lemon
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Blend everything until completely smooth and whipped (about 1–2 minutes).
- Spread into a shallow bowl.
- Chill 30 minutes if you want it thicker.
- Serve with clean tortilla chips, crackers or fresh veggies
