Ingredients
Crispy Baked Garlic Herb Wings
- 3 lbs chicken wings, patted dry
- 1½ tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1½ tsp sea salt
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- 1½ tsp dried thyme
- ¾ tsp paprika
- Optional: ½ tsp cayenne for mild heat
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon Garlic Yogurt Dip
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut-based yogurt for dairy-free)
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
Instructions
- Toss wings and all their ingredients in a large bowl. Bake on a rack at 425° for 50 minutes.
- Stir all dip ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning—add more lemon juice for brightness or herbs for a fresh finish.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Serve wings right out of the oven and pair with the dip.
