Crispy Baked Garlic Herb Wings with Lemon Garlic Yogurt Dip

Perfectly crispy wings that are fresh, flavorful and seriously addicting. Seasoned to feel extra light- ideal for warm weather. The yogurt dip is cool, creamy and ties everything together with a zesty kick.


Ingredients

Crispy Baked Garlic Herb Wings
  • 3 lbs chicken wings, patted dry
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1½ tsp sea salt
  • ¾ tsp black pepper
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • Optional: ½ tsp cayenne for mild heat
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon Garlic Yogurt Dip
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut-based yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Toss wings and all their ingredients in a large bowl. Bake on a rack at 425° for 50 minutes.
  2. Stir all dip ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning—add more lemon juice for brightness or herbs for a fresh finish.
  3. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  4. Serve wings right out of the oven and pair with the dip.
