Anti Mac Burger Bowls

We’re talking crispy baked fries, juicy grass-fed burgers, sugar-free bacon, and a tangy “Anti Mac” sauce that’ll make you forget all about that other secret sauce.

No seed oils, no bun bloat, no mystery ingredients — just real, whole food flavor that hits all the same cravings.

Ingredients

Fries
  • 2 russet potatoes, washed and cut into fries
  • Avocado oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Paprika
  • Nutritional yeast (optional – adds great flavor and texture!)
  • 1 pack Whole30-compliant bacon (no sugar)
Anti Mac Sauce
  • ½ cup paleo mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Burger Patties
  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder
For Assembly
  • Spring greens
  • Sliced pickles
  • Sliced red onion
  • Crispy bacon
  • Fries
  • Burger patties
  • Anti Mac sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the fries with a light drizzle of avocado oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and nutritional yeast.
  3. Spread fries on a parchment-lined sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping after 25 minutes.
  4. After flipping the fries, add your bacon to a separate pan and bake it on another rack for the last 15–20 minutes, or until crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, ketchup, relish, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  6. Form ground beef into 4 burger patties. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until done to your preference.
  7. Layer the following into a bowl or plate: A handful of spring greens, sliced pickles and onions, one or two burger patties, a couple strips of bacon, a generous scoop of fries, a drizzle of Anti Mac sauce.
